These factories are located across Texas, with many homes coming from Burleson, Texas, Mansfield, Texas, and Athens, Texas. As a Skyline Champion owned retailer, we are able to offer factory-direct pricing and our own unique line of floor plans. Jeff Sherman has retail locations throughout Texas and in Oklahoma City. Every manufactured home Jeff Sherman sells is professionally designed and engineered. Our manufactured homes and modular homes are built by carpenters and skilled tradesmen to meet the proper building code — whether it is the national, state or local code. Constructed indoors in a controlled factory environment, our prefab homes are inspected at every phase of the home construction process, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
