We closed and she has been with us since then... she listens to your needs and works with you to accommodate what you are looking for. She is also very straightforward and tells you how everything is going with no hidden things! I recommend her 100/100!!!! Also the staff is very welcoming and the manager is very nice!! When you walk in you are greeted by a very friendly staff. Our awesome sales person Warren is very knowledgeable about all the homes he showed us. After the beautiful home we chose, Warren explained everything about the home buying process, including purchasing land and all the expenses involved. He gave us several discounts so we could have the home we wanted. He was with us every step of the way. Answering any questions we had. This review is all for Warren; of course, everyone was very welcoming and made the entire process smooth. However, Warren deserves the most recognition. He isn't your average pushy salesman. He is kind and patient, and he truly cares to do what is best for your family when making such a large purchase. We definitely weren't the ideal easy customers, having to wait a year to sell our home to purchase our new one. Warren was patient and kept tabs on us the entire time. He never gave up or disregarded us once. He constantly checked in, ensured we were good, updated us with great deals, checked in on holidays, and was overall very dedicated. Yes, sure it may be his job but he takes it beyond his work duties to take care of you. Thank you Warren, I wish we could give you 10 stars. Thank you for making this process easier than what it could've been and for sticking with us!
