Foundations

Septic Systems

If your land requires a septic system, our professional housing consultants will assist you in deciding which type of system is best for you, and selecting a licensed contractor to install it. The contractor will take care of securing the necessary permits, inspections and soil tests and manage excavation and installation of the system.

Water Hook-Ups

After your manufactured home or mobile home is set on the foundation, and your septic system is installed, you still need someone to connect your home to the city or county water supply. We have licensed contractors to help with that too, at best prices available.
